Boaters Special

Rates-

     $85 + Electric (.18 Kw/h) per month for two sites**, one for RV and one for toys

     $30 per night when occupying site (Normal daily rate is $39)

     A security deposit of $200 is required before the site is occupied and held until the site is paid in full and vacated.

**To avoid paying for electricity when the site is not occupied, the breaker must be turned off when you leave. You will pay for all electricity used when electric meter is running, occupied or not. Electric meter will be read at the end of each month and the charges added to your account.

 If you leave us your keys you can call us the day before you will arrive in Lake Havasu and we will turn on your electric and A/C so that your rig will be cool when you arrive.

 This special is available from April 1^st through September 30^th.  

On October 1^st standard rates of $495 per month plus electric will apply.

We are located on London Bridge Road 4 miles north of Windsor Ramp. We are just a short walk to the new regional mall "The Shops at Havasu".
