CANCELLATIONS

We issue in house credit for the unused portion of a stay (non-holiday weekends). If you must cancel, let us know at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled stay to receive your credit. No credit will be given once site is occupied or a stay shortened/terminated.

LATE FEES

​

A late fee of $25 will be charged for rent, or electricity paid after the 5th day of your late payment.

EXTRA FEES

​

ADDITIONAL PEOPLE OVER 18 YEARS OLD ­- $3 per day. Prices cover families with up to 2 adults and 2 children under 18. Any additional adults are $3 per day.

 

PETS: Pet fee for one dog: $25. Pet fee for second dog: $15.

ELECTRIC – 18 cents per KH. If meter failure occurs, your daily average will be used to approximate bill.

​

VEHICLES – No car, RV, ATV, or boat washing. There will be a $150 violation fee if any car, RV, truck, ATV, boat, trailer, etc.
is washed in the park.

​

OVERNIGHT GUESTS – All guests please check in with the office to receive a pass.

​

 

SECURITY

​

Security systems are in place at the park for guest safety. We respect the privacy and security of all our guests and ask our guests to have the same courtesy towards their fellow guests. Anyone who causes continual distrubances will be asked to leave the park.

Please respect other guests privacy by staying on roads and walkways. Do not enter other guests sites without their permission.
